- Recipes and meal plans generated by Yummo are CULINARY SUGGESTIONS, not medical, dietary, or therapeutic advice.
- Nutritional values (calories, macronutrients) are estimates and may differ from actual product values.
- AI algorithms may make errors in recipe selection and ingredient assessment.
- Before starting any diet, we recommend consulting with a doctor or dietitian.
3. Limitation of Liability
- Yummo is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from use of the application.
- The allergen filtering algorithm does not guarantee 100% effectiveness in excluding products containing allergens.
- Processed food products (sauces, spices, preserves) may contain trace amounts of allergens even if the main ingredient is not listed.
- The user is responsible for verifying ingredients and product labels before consumption.
- People with severe food allergies should consult an allergist before making dietary changes.
- Yummo is not liable for health damage resulting from non-compliance with medical recommendations or relying solely on application guidelines.
4. User Obligations
- The user commits to accurately and truthfully marking allergens and food intolerances in their profile.
- The user is responsible for verifying product labels before purchase and use.
- In case of health problems, the user should consult a doctor rather than relying solely on application information.
- The user commits to using the application according to its intended purpose.
5. Personal Data
- We process personal data, including health data (weight, height, age, allergies).
- Detailed information about data processing can be found in the Privacy Policy.
- The user consents to processing health data for meal plan personalization.
6. AI and Automated Processing
- Meal plans are generated by artificial intelligence algorithms.

- Yummo continuously improves algorithms but does not guarantee their flawlessness.
7. Final Provisions

- Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by Polish law.
- Any disputes will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over Yummo's registered office.
